Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During limited drops, sales, launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FTHESOCIETY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders containing multiple items may sometimes arrive in separate shipments depending on fulfillment location and availability.

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
